Ahmed Chami has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. Ahmed began their career in 2007 as a System and Network Administrator at Teamlog. In 2008, they took on a role as a Java/Documentum Consultant at GDF SUEZ. In 2011, they moved to Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB as a Java/JEE Consultant. In 2013, they joined Euler Hermes as a Java/Webservices Consultant, Project Coordinator. In 2015, they became Co-founder & CTO at Shortlink. In 2017, they held two roles, Technical Project Manager at LOXAM and Technical Project Manager at Les Restos du Coeur. In 2018, they became Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Userguest.

Ahmed Chami obtained their Software Engineer degree from ISIMA in 2008, having studied Computer Science from 2005 to 2008. Ahmed also attended Prépas Maths Physique from 2003 to 2005. In 2015, they obtained a MongoDB for Node.js Developers degree from Mongo DB University in the field of Informatics Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Spring: Framework In Depth certification from LinkedIn in April 2020 and a Sun Certified Java Programmer (Java 6) certification from Sun Microsystems in August 2010.
