Luke Yingling

Luke Yingling founded and currently serves as the CEO of Rhetoric (formerly Analytica Legalis), a company they started in April 2021. Additionally, they are also the Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Village Caregiving, LLC, a position they assumed in August 2021.

Luke Yingling began their education journey in 2013 at the University of Charleston, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Luke attended this institution for four years, until 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, Luke enrolled at Penn State Harrisburg in 2017 to pursue a Master of Public Administration degree. Luke completed this program in 2019, after two years of study. Subsequently, Luke attended the West Virginia University College of Law from 2019 until 2022, where they worked towards earning a Doctor of Law - JD degree.
