Jeff Prober

Jeff Prober is an experienced finance professional currently serving as VP of Finance at Codi since January 2023 and as a Fractional CFO Consultant at UserHub since November 2022. Jeff operates Jeffrey Prober Consulting LLC, which provides finance and accounting services for high-growth VC-backed companies. Previously, Jeff held the role of VP of Finance at Reonomy, contributing to its acquisition by Altus Group in November 2021. Prior finance roles include Director of Finance at Primary Venture Partners and positions at JMP Securities LLC as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst. Jeff Prober holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
