Patrick Rafferty

Patrick Rafferty is the CEO and co-founder of UserHub, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Patrick served as Executive in Residence and VP of Product at Altus Group, where responsibilities included leading product and pricing strategies for the Altus Intelligence Vertical. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Reonomy from March 2015 to November 2021, progressing from Senior Product Manager to VP of Product & Engineering following its acquisition by Altus Group. Early career experience includes roles as a CRE Appraiser and Analyst at The McEnery Company from October 2012 to December 2014. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Economics and Psychology from Tulane University, complemented by a Python Fullstack Immersive certification from Byte Academy.
