Diego Álvarez

Diego Álvarez has held various IT positions since 2010. Diego began their career as a Full-stack Developer at Ahora Información, where they were in charge of the IT department and designed, developed, and maintained several IT projects. Diego then moved to Adysa Group IT Consulting as a Backend Developer, participating in several IT projects. In 2013, they joined Tecnilógica as a Full-stack Engineer, responsible for the technical success of the projects they participated in. In 2017, Tecnilógica was acquired by Accenture España, where they took on the role of Software Architect and led the PHP team of the Liquid Squad. Currently, they are a Tech Lead at Userlytics Corporation, where they are in charge of the backend project and leading a team. Diego is also participating in product development, working in the evolution of the platform, and designing and building new functionalities and integrations.

Diego Álvarez received their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from Universidad de León between 2005 and 2011. Diego then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Big Data and Business Intelligence from the same university, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in MongoDB Certified Developer from MongoDB in July 2019, and Laravel Certified Developer from Laravel in January 2019.
