Luis Morales

Luis Morales has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. In 2012, they joined CompuCom as an IT Project Manager (Hubbell Mexico & USA Deskside Operations), responsible for the smooth execution of projects, liaising with the customer for daily operations of the project, and being involved in both technical and managerial tasks to ensure smooth progress. Luis was also an Incident Manager, ensuring incident prompt resolution according to client processes, addressing and solving service failures as quickly and effectively as possible, and documenting and implementing preventative procedures. Additionally, they worked as an IT Help Desk Analyst. In 2022, they joined Userlytics as a Project Manager.

Luis Morales attended Universidad del Valle de México from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Greengates School. No additional certifications are listed.
