Simon Spagnoletti is a Senior UX Researcher and Strategic Advisor with over eight years of experience overseeing large product areas. They conducted user research and design analysis for Korean companies at System, optimizing products for Western culture, and later served as a Senior User Experience Researcher at PayPal. Simon co-founded Collective|4 and has held various roles in design and strategy, including leading research teams at Motorola Mobility and providing consultancy at AustinCSI.
