Lisa Ballantyne is an experienced professional in user experience research and design, having held various roles in esteemed organizations. From September 2019 to April 2022, Lisa worked as a Project Worker at Peter McVerry Trust, followed by a brief tenure as Research Support at ISPCC from January 2021 to June 2021. Lisa transitioned to Microsoft in April 2022 as a UX Research Program Manager and continued until November 2023 when Lisa joined Userpilot as a UX Researcher.
