Adam Smith

Adam Smith is a Senior UX Researcher at UserTesting since December 2021, where responsibilities include designing and leading mixed methods UX research projects for various clients. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher and Service Design Strategy Lead at Counselors for America, contributing to a mental health model pilot test for K-12 schools, along with positions at Treatment Innovations, DePuy Synthes Companies, Mad*Pow, EPAM Continuum, Stax Inc., and Investor Group Services. Adam Smith holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, a certificate in Industrial Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Art from Lafayette College.
