Carl Huang has extensive experience at UserTesting, where roles have included Support Engineer, Senior Product Specialist, and Product Specialist since July 2015. In these positions, Carl has served as a primary liaison between the Support Team and Product/Engineering, focused on resolving technical issues and ensuring timely bug fixes. Recognized as the 2020 Customer Success Employee of the Year and January 2018 UserTesting Employee of the Month, Carl has also developed training materials for a global support team. Prior to UserTesting, Carl worked at Cord Blood Registry as a Client Support and Billing Specialist, leading in customer satisfaction and efficiency. Carl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
