Christal Patzer

Christal Patzer is a Sr. UX Researcher at UserTesting, specializing in user experience research with a rich background in human factors psychology. They have previously held positions such as Graduate Research Assistant, Usability Engineer Intern at Dell Technologies, and User Experience Research Intern at Google, where they conducted various qualitative studies and usability assessments. Christal has contributed to the field through their work at the Software Usability Research Lab and UEGroup, focusing on inclusive and accessible research methodologies. They earned a PhD in Human Factors Psychology from Wichita State University, where they also completed both an MA and a BA in Psychology.
