Emi Sato

Emi Sato currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Operations at UserTesting, a position held since April 2021, following the merger of UserZoom, where Emi was the Senior Director of Services Operations. Prior to this, Emi spent a decade at IBM Corporation as a Senior Services Operations Manager, overseeing global operations for the Client Success group within IBM Sterling Supply Chain. Previous roles include Senior Services Operations Manager at DemandTec and Ketera Technologies, where Emi implemented processes and systems to enhance service delivery. Early career experience includes leadership positions at KANA Software and Accenture, focusing on consulting and eCommerce projects. Emi holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Stanford University.
