Emily Betz

Emily Betz is an experienced professional in people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at UserTesting. Previously, Emily held various roles at UserTesting including Senior Manager and Manager of People Operations. Emily's career in human resources began at Allegion as an HR Generalist, where responsibilities included TGP & AD Systems as well as the Americas division. Emily also participated in the Orr Fellowship as an Orr Fellow, Class of 2015, and gained experience in talent management at Finish Line. Additionally, Emily started their career as an undergraduate intern in the Office of Admissions at Ball State University.
