Fernando Barretto

Fernando Barretto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and solution consultancy within the technology sector. Currently serving as Enterprise Account Director for EMEA at UserTesting since May 2025, Barretto previously held roles as Account Executive at Sitecore and Boxever, the latter of which focuses on personalized customer interactions through data and AI. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Account Director at Thunderhead, where Barretto contributed to enhancing customer engagement. Barretto's career also encompasses various pre-sales consultant positions at Aprimo and Touchpaper Software plc, alongside technical project management roles at Vecta Software Corporation Ltd and XKO Software plc. Barretto began as Chief Instructor and Owner of the UKC Choi Kwang Do Club during the late 1990s and holds a BSc in Management Science from the University of Kent.
