Grace Wolff, Ph.D., is currently the UX Research Manager at UserTesting, where responsibilities include leading generative research and usability testing studies. Prior experience includes roles at UserZoom as a Senior UX Research Consultant and as a UX Researcher at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where significant contributions were made through in-depth interviews and research synthesis. As a Doctoral Researcher at UC Davis, Grace designed studies examining user engagement on platforms like Twitch and contributed to AI research by winning the 2018 Amazon Alexa Prize Challenge. Previous positions also include marketing and communications intern roles, user research lead at Design for America, and various internships that enhanced skills in data analysis and design. Grace holds a Ph.D. in Communication with a Designated Emphasis in Computational Social Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northwestern University.
