Jason Giles

Jason Giles has extensive experience in product design and user experience across several prominent companies in the technology and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Design at UserTesting since June 2019, Jason previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Design at Ticketmaster from June 2017 to April 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President of User Experience at AT&T within the Entertainment Experience Group, Senior Director of User Experience at DIRECTV, and various design positions at Microsoft from February 1999 to April 2014, including Principal Design Manager for Xbox, where responsibility included the software for Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles. Early career experience also includes roles as a Senior UX Lead and User Experience Designer.
