Jessica Johnston

Jessica Johnston, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Content Manager for Education Services at UserTesting, where responsibilities include developing on-demand training content and creating in-app quiz guides to enhance customer education. Jessica has a strong background in academia, having worked as a Writing Consultant and University Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with teaching roles at Southeast New Mexico College. Experience also includes eLearning development at Prime Power Services, Inc., and a focus on instructional design across various educational settings. Jessica holds a PhD and MA in English with a concentration in Media, Cinema, and Digital Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a BA in English from the University of Montana.
