Karen Fields possesses extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Global Payroll at UserTesting since December 2019. Prior to this role, Karen held the positions of Senior Manager and Global Payroll Manager within the same organization. Karen's career began at tvsdesign, where from September 2000 to December 2019, Karen served as the HR/Payroll Manager, establishing a strong foundation in payroll and human resources operations.
