Louis Granger serves as the Regional Vice President for ANZ & ASEAN at UserTesting, having held various roles within the company since June 2019, including Interim Head of APAC and Director of APAC & EMEA Solutions Consulting. Prior to UserTesting, Louis worked at Boxfusion Consulting Limited from July 2013 to April 2019, where responsibilities included CX Solutions Manager, overseeing the development of customer-centric digital strategies, and Senior CX Cloud Consultant, leading digital transformation initiatives. Louis holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Warwick and completed secondary education at William De Ferrers School.
