Mark Behar is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in customer advocacy and storytelling. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Marketing Programs at UserTesting since May 2021, Mark oversees global advocacy efforts, including the award-winning CommUnity platform and various vendor reviews. Prior to this, Mark held several roles at Prophix Software from March 2011 to May 2021, contributing significantly to customer advocacy initiatives and winning awards for marketing programs. Mark has also worked as a Business Development Coordinator at Securitas Canada and managed marketing projects through independent consulting. Mark holds a 4-Year Combined Honours Bachelor Degree in Media Studies and English from Western University and a Marketing Management Certificate from Seneca College.
