Richard Harrison is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at UserTesting since August 2019, Richard oversees Engineering Operations and integrates data to support decision-making processes. Previous roles at UserTesting include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, focusing on recruitment, development, and Machine Learning initiatives. Prior to UserTesting, Richard held significant positions at PODFather as a Principal Software Developer and Senior Developer, leading GDPR compliance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
