Tom Harlow

Tom Harlow is an experienced UX Research Consultant II at UserTesting since February 2022, following a role as a Mental Health Specialist at Royal Holloway, University of London from January 2021 to February 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Research Project Lead and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Surrey, where responsibilities involved teaching undergraduate-level statistics, research methods, and academic writing skills. Tom has also worked as a User Experience Researcher at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust and as Child Development Laboratory Manager at the University of Kent. Tom holds a Master of Science in Research Methods in Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Plymouth. Early education was completed at Maidstone Grammar School.
