Volker Kraus

Volker Kraus is a professional with a diverse background in customer support and project management. Currently serving as a Product Specialist in Customer Support at UserTesting since March 2020, Volker has transitioned through various roles including Customer Support Specialist and Support Representative. Prior to UserTesting, Volker worked as a Support Representative at Teston until its acquisition by UserTesting. Volker's project management experience includes roles at PASSAGEN – Interior Design Week Cologne and plan – Architektur Biennale Köln. Additionally, Volker was an Assistant to the Director at Design Quartier Ehrenfeld and worked as a Student Research Assistant at FIZ Karlsruhe. Volker holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from The University of Bonn and has studied at the University of Copenhagen.
