Zach Bowen

Zach Bowen is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Manager at UserTesting since July 2022, Bowen previously held the position of IT Manager at Verily Life Sciences, where responsibilities included managing SaaS software and hardware for a remote and office workforce. Prior to that, Bowen worked at SignalPath as an Information Technology Manager and Desktop Engineer, and at Old Edwards Inn and Spa in several roles, including IT Operations, Assistant Rooms Director, and Front Desk Manager, overseeing IT infrastructure and guest relations across multiple properties. Bowen holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University.
