Abigail Petersen has a diverse work experience in various companies. Abigail currently works at UserWay.org as a Web Accessibility Product Lead, where they are responsible for streamlining and evaluating accessibility and compliance requirements for clients. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Front End & Accessibility Engineer, focusing on detecting and coordinating the remediation of potential ADA gaps. Abigail also held a position at EY as a Digital Accessibility UX Engineer, where they provided accessibility support for web, mobile, and other digital asset types. Abigail 'searlier experience includes working as a Front-end Developer at KPMG US, where they were responsible for designing websites and implementing SEO and Accessibility best practices. Throughout their career, Abigail has demonstrated a strong commitment to accessibility and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.

Abigail Petersen obtained an Associate's degree in IT - Web Software Developer from Gateway Technical College. In addition, they completed a Certificate Program in FMLA & ADA Compliance from HR Training Center in 2013.
