Matheus Gerlack has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matheus began their career as a Website Estágio/Intern at MVD Industrial Automation in 2010. Matheus then worked as an Intern at Dell Learning in 2011 before joining Dell EMC in 2013. At Dell EMC, Matheus held the positions of Call Center Project Manager Analyst - Project Manager and also completed an internship in Training Lab Management. During their time at Dell EMC, they managed the Server Tech Support phone and chat queues, led a global reporting team, and acquired skills in SQL, Excel, and Avaya Hardware/Software.

In 2016, Matheus joined Agência NOZ as a Front-end developer, where they built and customized ecommerce websites, developed landing pages, and created web applications using AngularJS. Matheus then moved on to work as an English Teacher at Senac RS from 2017 to 2018.

From 2016 to 2022, Matheus worked at AbacateLab as a Wordpress Developer / Front End Developer. During their time there, they specialized in custom theme development, web development using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ES6, and project management.

Most recently, Matheus holds the position of Senior Support Specialist at UserWay.org since 2022. In this role, they provide top-tier technical support, troubleshooting complex Front-End support cases, and offering advanced programming guidance and problem-solving solutions.

From 2010 to 2015, Matheus Gerlack attended Centro Universitario Ritter dos Reis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Tecnologia da Informação (Information Technology).
