Faraz Ahmed

Faraz Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Faraz first worked at triVIN, Inc as a Software Engineer from 2000 to 2002. Faraz then moved on to Sapient, where they served as a Software Engineer from 2002 to 2004, delivering systems for high-profile clients such as Walmart.com and Harrah's casinos. Faraz later joined Emirates Airline as a Lead Software Engineer in 2004, before transitioning to Mindstorm Studios in 2006 as the Chief Technology Officer. There, they played a pivotal role in growing the company to over 70 employees and launching successful mobile apps with millions of downloads. In 2016, Faraz founded Turbo Labz®, a social multiplayer PvP platform for the global mobile chess community, where they served as CEO until 2022. In 2022, they joined Homa as the Head of Games | Live Operations, overseeing game operations until 2023. Finally, Faraz is currently working at UserWise as the Services VP Studio Operations, a position they assumed in 2023.

Faraz Ahmed completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University from 1995 to 1999.
