Paul Baik

Paul Baik is a global recruiter and program manager currently working as the Recruiting Lead for APAC at Speak, where they focus on hiring talent across various teams in Seoul, Tokyo, and Taipei. Previously, they have held roles at Lyft, Pinterest, and Navan, excelling in technical recruitment and program management. Paul’s earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Associate at QB3 and as an Associate Research Scientist at the Innovative Genomics Institute, anchoring a foundation in both recruitment and scientific research. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with a focus on Genetics Genomics and Development at the University of California, Berkeley.
