John Conner

John Conner has worked in a variety of roles within the tech industry since 1995. John began their career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class and then co-founded Hovlane LLC in 2008, where they served as Lead Designer. In 2010, they became a Technical Recruiter at H10 Capital and then moved to Avalara in 2013, where they served as Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) at Accolade, Inc. and then joined Blend in 2019, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter and Interim Recruiting Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Talent Lead and Founding Employee at Vesta.

John Conner attended The Art Institutes from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Video Production.
