Hillary Leach

Hillary Leach currently serves as the Director of Commercialization for Growth Products at USG, having joined the company in August 2023. Previously, from January 2011 to July 2023, Hillary held several key positions at John Deere, including Portfolio and Ecosystem Manager for Ag EV, where strategic initiatives led to the successful introduction of a battery-electric, autonomous tractor. Contributions as Global Portfolio Manager for Small Tractors included leading a team that significantly increased revenue and received the Chairman's Award. Other roles encompassed Operations Manager-Business Unit Leader, managing production teams, and multiple program manager positions, overseeing product launches across various global markets. Hillary's career began in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, followed by engineering and project management roles at NSK. Education credentials include an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
