Jacob Spitzner

Jacob Spitzner is a technical manager at USG, overseeing maintenance activities and safety programs while leading a team of over 30 employees. With previous experience as a senior project engineer at DMC Engineering and reliability manager at USG, Jacob has a strong background in optimizing preventative maintenance strategies, implementing new predictive maintenance technologies, and managing capital improvement projects. Previously, at Eaton, Jacob held multiple roles, including lab manager and test engineer, where responsibilities included managing budgets exceeding $9M, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous improvement across global test labs. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from West Shore Community College.
