Javier Bello has extensive experience in production planning and process engineering, having worked at various companies including Skytex Mexico SA de CV, Apolo Textil, and USG. At Skytex, Javier held roles as Production Planner, Production Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, and Resident Engineer, focusing on optimizing production flow, resource alignment, and enhancing warehouse management. At Apolo Textil, Javier continued as a Production Planner, improving resource management and reducing safety stock. Currently at USG as a Process Engineer, Javier leads continuous improvement initiatives and utilizes statistical tools for process optimization. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
