Larry Trueg

Larry Trueg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement and project management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Manager at USG since 2013, Larry previously held key positions at Clipper Windpower as a Project Manager, where accountability included lifecycle management of composite components for renewable energy projects. At HNI Corporation, as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, leadership of cross-functional teams resulted in significant annual savings through various lean techniques. Additional experience includes roles at Jofco, Inc., MasterBrand Cabinets, and Marshalltown Tools, where Larry demonstrated expertise in quality systems, automated process development, and regulatory compliance. Larry holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, along with a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
