Lenai Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lenai joined USG in 2019 as a Project Management Lead. Prior to that, Lenai worked at Ceilings Plus from 2017, where they held the position of Project Manager.

Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Nathaniel Narbonne High School in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Lenai Sanchez also holds a Certificate in Social Media Strategies and Content Marketing from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Lenai obtained this certificate, although the exact years of enrollment are unknown. Lenai Sanchez has also obtained additional certifications, including "Building Self-Confidence" from LinkedIn in February 2022, and "Convergence Media, Marketing and Advertising" from California State University, Dominguez Hills in July 2015.
