Lenai Sanchez

Lenai Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lenai joined USG in 2019 as a Project Management Lead. Prior to that, Lenai worked at Ceilings Plus from 2017, where they held the position of Project Manager.

From 2013 to 2017, Lenai served in various roles at Toyota North America. Lenai started as an Inbound Phone Representative and Customer Relations Representative. Later, they worked as an Email/Chat Representative, where they contributed to enhancing the department's communication writing styles and analyzed and recommended improvements for Toyota operating systems. Lenai also served as a Senior Case Manager, acting as the primary customer relations contact for the Central Atlantic Region, handling escalated accident, product liability, arbitration, and multiple repair cases.

Before Toyota, Lenai worked at PRO Unlimited as a Customer Relations Rep and Department Specialist, providing concierge-level service to Lexus owners and coordinating solutions with dealerships and field offices to exceed customer expectations.

Lenai's earlier work experience includes serving as a Server/Hostess/Take-out at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from 2009 to 2012 and as a Sales Representative at Lady Bug Clothing Store in 2008.

Lenai Sanchez received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Nathaniel Narbonne High School in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Lenai Sanchez also holds a Certificate in Social Media Strategies and Content Marketing from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Lenai obtained this certificate, although the exact years of enrollment are unknown. Lenai Sanchez has also obtained additional certifications, including "Building Self-Confidence" from LinkedIn in February 2022, and "Convergence Media, Marketing and Advertising" from California State University, Dominguez Hills in July 2015.
