Michael Malinowski

Michael Malinowski is an experienced professional in supply chain management and engineering, currently serving as the Mill and Supply Chain Manager at USG's East Chicago Plant since February 2021. In previous roles at USG, Malinowski managed the Supply Chain and Quality Departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards. As a Project Engineer, Malinowski implemented significant upgrades to optimize operations and reduce costs, employing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Additional experience includes conducting research on steam distillation at Mars and serving as a Laboratory Technician for wastewater testing with the City of Joliet. Michael Malinowski holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
