Mitch Koestner

Mitch Koestner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and operations management. Currently serving as Process Improvement Manager at USG since July 2019, Mitch previously held the position of Operations Manager at Vantec, Inc., overseeing multiple plants. Mitch's career includes a significant tenure at Arctic Cat, where the role of Materials Manager led to a 50% increase in inventory accuracy. Additionally, as a Lean Sigma Materials Engineer, Mitch implemented Lean Material Flow initiatives.
