Raina Patel

Raina Patel is currently the Assistant General Counsel at USG, where they support internal clients in achieving their strategic objectives through mergers and acquisitions and corporate counseling, having led six strategic transactions across various markets. Previously, they worked at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC as a Corporate Associate, advising clients on corporate matters, and held associate roles at Sullivan Wolf Kailus LLC and Sidley Austin, where they focused on alternative asset management and investment funds respectively. Raina began their career as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting and served as the Director of Development Campaigns at Teach for America. They earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University and a Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
