Russell Morrison

Russell Morrison is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and network management. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Telecon Design Inc. and USG since September 2020, and as a Telecommunications Specialist at Ultralight Tech Services Ltd. since January 2020, Russell specializes in quality control for fibre placement projects for both business and consumer clients. Prior roles include Quality Assurance/Control Inspector at Telecon from August 2016 to September 2020, where quality assurance was provided for the TELUS Falcon project, and Network Project Manager 2 at TELUS from January 2018 to January 2020, focusing on TELUS Pure Fibre. From 1986 to 2015, Russell held various positions at TELUS Communications, culminating in the role of Field Support Manager, responsible for managing a team of Network Field Technicians and overseeing customer experience and network reliability. Russell holds a General Business Administration Certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
