Steve Allison

Steve Allison has over two decades of experience in quality management and sales within the building materials industry. Since March 1999, Steve has served as Sr. Manager of Quality at USG, leading a team of Regional Quality Managers to enhance operational excellence across 45 locations in the US and Canada while prioritizing customer satisfaction through high-quality products. Prior roles at USG include Regional Quality Manager, where responsibilities included supporting six regional plants and analyzing quality data for continuous improvement, as well as Commercial Sales Representative and Retail Sales Representative, focusing on sales growth and best practices in key markets. Prior experience includes working as a Marketing Services Representative at Crystal Sales & Marketing, Inc., from April 1996 to February 1999. Steve holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach.
