Steve Rodriguez

Steve Rodriguez serves as the Director of Mission Critical Facilities at USG since February 2019, overseeing the development of the company's Mission Critical Facilities business. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at USG, including Director of Suspension Systems and Components, where Steve led a team to innovate USG Ceilings’ flagship acoustical suspension system, and successfully coached the sales team through a challenging economic period. Steve's experience spans strategic roles in product marketing and global sourcing, with significant achievements documented in revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives throughout his tenure. His earlier career includes impactful positions at Ryerson and International Truck and Engine. Steve holds an MBA in General Management and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Purdue University.
