Steven Richmond

Steven Richmond is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in managing design teams and advancing sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Engineering Design and Standards at USG since May 2013, Steven oversees mechanical, structural, and pipeline engineering teams, implementing advanced technology and process systems for product manufacturing. Previous roles include managing engineering sustainability efforts and thermal systems, as well as project management and collaboration across various engineering disciplines. Prior to USG, Steven was Operations Manager at Bluchip Industrial Services, where significant client projects were designed and managed. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
