Tim Blubaugh

Tim Blubaugh serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at USG since April 2011, where responsibilities include Continuous Improvement, Reliability, Quality, and Enterprise Project Management. Previous roles at USG encompass Director of Process Improvement, overseeing Continuous Improvement across 45 operations in the US and Canada, and Master Black Belt, coaching 35 Belts and leading various Lean Six Sigma projects. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as a Black Belt, where significant projects focused on optimizing processes and materials, and as an Operations Manager, managing a production team of 250 in multiple departments. Tim holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and completed the Master Black Belt program in Lean Six Sigma through the TMAC MBB Program.
