Tom Bosch

Tom Bosch has extensive experience in plant management and engineering, currently serving as Plant Manager and Technical Manager at USG since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tom was Assistant Plant Manager at Boral Roofing, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and facilitating team collaboration across multiple facilities. Previous experiences involve serving as Plant Manager at Dayton Superior, focusing on customer support, inventory management, and employee empowerment, as well as various engineering roles at USG, where Tom contributed to production efficiency and safety. Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management with an emphasis on Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University.
