Lee Meadowcroft

Lee Meadowcroft is the U.S. Got People Director of Recruitment, having dedicated 23 years to the U.S. Army as a Medic and Recruiter. Throughout their military career, Lee held various roles, including Senior Line Medic and Army Recruiter, where they focused on lead generation and the welfare of soldiers and their families. They later transitioned to USGP, managing contracts within the Military Health System, and have been involved in recruitment consultancy at Mandrill Energy Solutions. Lee continues to contribute to the field with a commitment to quality and compliance in recruitment processes.
