Ruby Adams

Ruby Adams has extensive experience in consumer affairs and customer service within the insurance industry. Currently serving in a role at USHealth Group since January 2006, Ruby Adams responds to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, attorneys, and insured individuals, as well as holding the title of Senior Consumer Affairs Analyst where responsibilities include reviewing and auditing insurance decisions. Prior to this, Ruby Adams managed claims and customer service departments at CBCA from August 1988 to January 2003 and began a career as a Medical Assistant at Cigna from January 1985 to August 1988. Ruby Adams holds an Associate degree in Customer Service and a Licensed Medical Assistant credential from Tarrant County College and Fugazzi Business College.
