Jami Caruso has held various roles in customer operations and customer happiness at uShip since May 2009. Prior to that, Jami worked at Minacs as a Customer Relations Specialist and Limited Brands as a Sales Associate. Jami earned a BA in Communication: Media Arts, PR, Advertising from St. Edward's University and also studied at NYU Stern School of Business.
