Michael Dolan has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Michael began as a Service Advisor for Mac Haik Ford in 2013, followed by a Store Manager role at Cellular World in 2014. In 2015, they became a Solution Specialist at Verizon Wireless, where they used their technical skills to solve customer issues and suggest and upsell new lines, tablets, connected devices, and accessories. In 2016, they were hired as a Software QA Analyst at PNI Digital Media Ltd and then promoted to Lead Support Analyst in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a QA Engineer II at uShip.
Michael Dolan attended Pflugerville High School from 2001 to 2005 and received their High School Diploma in 2005.
