Aaron Brown MBA, CIC, CRM is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in property and casualty practices. Currently serving as Partner and Executive Vice President at USI Insurance Services since April 2022, Aaron is responsible for revenue growth, talent development, and accountability for the Property & Casualty Practice. Previously, Aaron spent over six years at The Hanover Insurance Group, where leadership roles included Regional Distribution Director for Professional & Executive Liability, earning the 2021 President's Excellence Award, and Director of Business Development for Healthcare. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Sentry Insurance as Region Manager, where Aaron led a team focused on niche market sales, as well as various sales roles at DIAGEO-Guinness USA Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC San Diego and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance specialization from LSU Shreveport.
