Aaron Wells

Aaron Wells is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, serving as the Senior Vice-President and Employee Benefits Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services since April 1990. Under Aaron's leadership, the Wichita Employee Benefits operation has achieved remarkable organic growth of 1100% since 2004. Aaron’s expertise extends to consulting with clients across various sectors, including education, non-profit, public sector, and healthcare. Prior to USI Insurance Services, Aaron gained experience as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley from 1988 to 1990. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Wichita State University, awarded between 1983 and 1987.
