Alexa Pena

Alexa Pena has a diverse professional background that includes roles in hospitality, research, and employee benefits. At Pappas Restaurants, Inc., Alexa served as a Hostess and To-Go Server before advancing to the position of Server/Bartender. An internship at UITAC Publishing involved sociology research and writing. Currently, Alexa holds the position of Employee Benefits Associate Account Representative at USI Insurance Services, beginning in July 2025. Additionally, experience as a Student Laboratory Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio involved demonstrating laboratory equipment and ensuring adherence to rules. Alexa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Dimensions in Organizations and Rhetoric & Writing at The University of Texas at Austin, having previously completed a Bachelor's degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
